  1. Is my credit card number and information safe?

    A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped that will allow you to track your order.

  3. Can an item be on backorder?
    Yes, if an item is not available to ship immediately, you will be notified via email with the style number (SKU #) and ship date for the backordered item.

  4. Where can I find sizing information?
    Size charts are located under the description of each item. Please make sure you check the size chart under the item that you are interested in buying since size charts may vary for different lines and items.

  5. How will I know if you have received my order?
    During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from D`Milikah.

  6. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
    We can only process one shipping address per order. If you would like to order several items and ship them to different addresses, please treat each item or desired shipping address as a separate order.

  7. Does D`Milikah sizes conform to international norms?
    There are no true international norms for clothing and or accessories, as every company tends to have its own sizing standards. Please refer to our Size Charts where we have suggested basic guidelines of how D`Milikah` sizing compares to other international sizing. The best approach is to take your own measurements and compare them to our measurement charts.
