D`Milikah wants you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. To return items purchased online, simply send your items along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. A Return Authorization form is enclosed with every package. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size or item. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment
Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs and are credited to the card from which the purchase originated).
SALE or CLEARANCE items are not included in the return or exchange policy. (All sale and clearance items received will be refused and returned at the customer’s shipping expense.)
Please send your package, including your Return Authorization with your information and specify the size and style you would like to exchange.
